The Capsule Polisher Machine is designed to efficiently remove loose powder, dust, and surface residues from filled capsules after the capsule filling process. It provides a smooth and consistent polishing action without damaging the capsules.
The machine is suitable for hard gelatin and HPMC capsules and can be integrated with capsule filling and capsule inspection systems for a continuous production process.
With its compact construction, simple operation, and stainless-steel contact parts, the Capsule Polisher is an ideal solution for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, herbal, R&D, and small-to-large scale manufacturing facilities.
Filled capsules enter the machine through the capsule inlet and are guided into the polishing chamber.
Inside the chamber, a controlled polishing action gently removes loose powder and dust adhering to the outer surface of the capsules. The removed powder is collected through the dust extraction system, helping maintain a clean processing environment.
The polished capsules are then discharged through the outlet and transferred to the next stage, such as capsule inspection, sorting, or packaging.
The controlled polishing process provides cleaner capsule surfaces, reduced powder residue, and improved product presentation while maintaining gentle handling of the capsules.
