The Semi Automatic Capsule Filling Machine works through a controlled sequence of capsule positioning, separation, dosing, and closing.
Empty capsules are manually loaded into the capsule loading tray. The capsule handling mechanism separates the capsule cap from the capsule body and positions the bodies correctly for filling.
The formulation is then introduced into the dosing system. The dosing mechanism measures and transfers the required quantity of powder, granules, or pellets into the capsule body. Depending on the formulation and machine configuration, controlled tamping can be used to obtain the desired fill weight and density.
After filling, the capsule caps are repositioned and locked with their corresponding capsule bodies. The completed capsules are then removed from the machine for inspection and further processing.
