The BTT Tray Dryer uses controlled hot-air circulation and forced convection to achieve uniform drying, consistent product quality and efficient moisture removal.
The Tray Dryer is an industrial drying system designed for the controlled removal of moisture from pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other process materials. The unit operates on the principle of forced convection, where heated air is continuously circulated through perforated trays containing the material to be dried.
Hot air is generated using electric heaters or steam-heated radiator coils and circulated uniformly through the drying chamber with the help of a high-efficiency blower. Moist air is continuously exhausted from the chamber to maintain effective drying conditions and improve heat and mass transfer.
The BTT Tray Dryer is designed with a robust stainless-steel construction and hygienic internal surfaces, making it suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Its modular tray arrangement provides convenient loading and unloading, while controlled temperature and airflow help achieve repeatable drying results.
