Available in BTT-27D, BTT-35B, and BTT-45BB models, it offers production capacity up to 216,000 tablets per hour, turret speeds up to 40 RPM, precision tooling, force feeding, and robust construction for continuous operation.
Designed for demanding pharmaceutical manufacturing environments, this Double Rotary Tablet Press incorporates SS 316 product-contact parts, a three-piece turret with SS 316 middle die plate, stainless-steel hopper and discharge chute, adjustable punch penetration, and a variable-frequency drive for smooth operation. Optional features include PLC HMI colour touchscreen, automatic lubrication, electromagnetic clutch, powder-level sensor, ELNP turret coating, and powder transfer system, making it suitable for pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, herbal products, chemicals, and veterinary tablet production.
