The Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine operates through a coordinated sequence of capsule handling, opening, dosing, closing, and discharge operations.
Empty capsules are supplied to the machine and automatically oriented before being separated into their cap and body portions. The capsule bodies are then positioned accurately for the filling operation.
The selected formulation is fed into the dosing system, where a precision dosing mechanism measures and compresses the material according to the programmed filling requirements. The accurately measured dose is transferred into the capsule body.
After filling, the capsule cap is automatically repositioned and locked onto the filled capsule body. The finished capsules then pass through the discharge section, while improperly filled or defective capsules can be automatically rejected.
The complete process is controlled through the machine’s control panel, allowing the operator to monitor and adjust relevant operating parameters.
