The Fluid Bed Coater is a high-performance processing system designed for the uniform coating, drying and granulation of powders, granules and pellets. The equipment uses controlled hot-air fluidization to keep the product particles suspended while a coating solution or suspension is precisely sprayed through the atomizing system.
Designed with SS 316/316L product-contact parts, the Fluid Bed Coater provides hygienic processing, excellent product uniformity and easy cleaning. The system can be configured with advanced PLC/HMI controls, temperature monitoring, airflow control, spray systems and automated process parameters according to application requirements.
It is suitable for applications such as taste masking, enteric coating, sustained-release coating, protective coating and functional coating of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
